Doc's sell the award winning line of notebooks and netbooks from ASUS

Over the years we have sold several different brands of notebooks with varying degrees of success and satisfaction. We discovered Asus about 10 years ago and have brought in nothing since then.

They have several features that make them our notebook of choice not the least of which is their warranty and service. A 2 year warranty is useless if it spends 6 months in their shop. We found how good the Asus service is when Ron Barillo had problems.

He had bought the cheapest unit Asus made and called me about 8 months later. The battery wasn't holding a charge and I found 2 bright pixels on the screen. I gave him the toll free number and he called on Monday. Tuesday FedEx picked it up prepaid, friday he had it back with a new battery and screen. Other customers have had similar resul

ts and we have found they will repair them for a reasonable cost and sell parts after the warranty is up.

I have never found a company that delivers the service that we regularly get from Asus
